Decisions you can prove
A community's record should not depend on who kept the folder. Vicinio seals what was signed and decided, and gives that seal a public, permanent timestamp that nobody can change afterwards: not a neighbour, not the board, not us.

What is Vicinio?
One platform where your community manages guest access at the gate, court and amenity reservations, notices and documents, maintenance requests and formal decisions — with a private portal for residents, staff and the board.
What does it cost?
Free costs nothing for a community of any size: every home and the gate are included, with 2 bookable amenities, and each extra amenity is €4.99 a month. The Community plan is €49 a month or €490 a year for everything, whatever the size. A camera lane at the gate is €79 a month plus €490 set-up, and online payments carry a 3% fee. Prices exclude VAT. Residents, guests and staff never pay.
How long does it take to set up?
Minutes. You register your community as a private draft, add homes and courts at your own pace, and invite neighbours only when everything is ready.
Do residents need to install an app?
No. Vicinio runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to the home screen like an app.
How is Vicinio different from other community apps?
Most tools handle either communication or gate access. Vicinio does both in one place: the platform that expects your guest at the gate also books the padel court, tracks the maintenance request and keeps the minutes.
Which languages does it support?
